Gravvel Construction is a recently launched general contracting company advancing toward the goal of a commercial clientele. The client asked for a bold, strong Logo that can stand out on every piece of branding material, from stationary to hard hats.
I created a custom Icon using the letter G, edited it to mimic the shape of a house, and placed it in a shape with a sharp cut to replicate the sharp edges of the customized wordmark.
The shape of the icon was then used to create a custom pattern to be used throughout the branding. The second brand pattern is a scattered texture to show small rock fragments which is gravel.
All the brand elements, paired with the contrasting color palette, come together to build a striking brand identity.
